LET'S WORK
TOGETHER!

Since stepping into the advocacy space, I’ve discovered a real passion for shining a light on invisible illness, not just IBD, but the many conditions people live with every day that often go unnoticed.
I’m not a doctor, a scientist, a medical professional or anything really. I’m someone with lived experience who knows what it’s like to be on the other end, navigating workplaces, schools, and communities that don’t always understand.
That’s why I’ve created talks, workshops, and programs designed to bridge that gap.
Whether it’s helping workplaces build inclusive cultures, sparking conversations in schools and community groups, or supporting individuals and families through practical strategies, my goal is simple: to make invisible illness visible, and to do it in a way that’s real, relatable, and even a little fun.

Why It Matters
Invisible illnesses often don’t look like a disability, but they have a real impact on sick days, performance, and workplace wellbeing. When teams don’t understand these conditions, it can lead to stigma, isolation, and reduced morale.
By opening the conversation, businesses show they value people, not just productivity.
- Empathy and understanding among staff
- Reduced stigma around sick days and flexible arrangements
- Better communication and trust between colleagues and managers
- A stronger, more inclusive workplace culture
Investing in awareness directly benefits staff retention, engagement, and reputation.

Bringing Invisible Illness Into the Conversation
Invisible illness doesn’t just affect workplaces, it affects classrooms, clubs, and communities too. Often misunderstood or overlooked, conditions like IBD can leave people feeling isolated. By raising awareness, we can build resilience, compassion, and stronger communities that embrace inclusion.
Why It Matters
- For schools → helps students understand health challenges, build empathy, and practice resilience.
- For community groups → sparks conversations about support, inclusion, and breaking stigma.
- For events & expos → delivers engaging, keynote-style talks that blend lived experience with practical strategies for everyday life.
When communities understand invisible illness, they not only support those affected, but also inspire a culture of care, empathy, and connection.
What’s Included
- Schools – 30–45 min awareness sessions tailored to students (resilience, health advocacy, understanding invisible illness).
- Community Groups – engaging talks for places like Rotary, sporting clubs, and other local groups.
- Events & Expos – keynote talks that combine lived experience with practical takeaways.
Pricing depends on group size, format, and location. Sessions can be delivered in-person or virtually, and we’ll work with your budget to make it happen
Every audience is different.
This service helps people walk away with not only knowledge, but also a shift in perspective, building stronger, kinder communities that see the person, not just the illness.

Resources
&
Programs
Turning Awareness Into Action
Sometimes it takes more than a workshop or talk, it takes practical tools that people can use every day.
That’s where resources and programs come in. I work with organisations, business, schools, and community groups to design creative, engaging tools that make their particular topics easier to understand and talk about.
Why It Matters
- Resources keep the conversation alive long after an event.
- Visual, interactive tools help break down complex ideas into something people actually remember.
- Tailored programs show employees, students, and communities that awareness isn’t just a “tick box”, it’s a genuine commitment.
What’s Possible
- Workplace Guides & Tip Sheets – quick, practical tools for HR, managers, and staff.
- Collaboration Projects – if you’ve got an idea, I’ll help shape it into something people will actually connect with!
Investment
All resources and programs are custom-built. Costs depend on scope, design, and level of customisation, but I always tailor projects to fit within your goals and budget.
Together, we can create programs and resources that don’t just raise awareness but make a lasting impact.
